I only shop for one, but I think Costco's frozen foods, snacks, and vegetables are a great deal.

  • I live alone, but I still love shopping in bulk at Costco and using my executive membership.
  • I always buy the Kirkland Signature breakfast sandwiches and Stonefire naan dippers.
  • Frozen options like the Bibigo vegetable spring rolls are perfect for a single shopper like me.

Even though I live alone and only grocery shop for myself, I still love stocking up on everything I need at Costco.

In fact, I’ve been a Costco executive member for years, and even split the membership with a family member to get the most bang for my buck.

Whether it’s comfort food, snacks, vegetables, or on-sale deals, I always find something new to try. Here are ten Costco items I always buy.

On busy mornings, I reach for a Kirkland Signature breakfast sandwich.

My freezer is always stocked with a box of Kirkland Signature breakfast sandwiches, so when a morning is particularly busy, I can still have a delicious breakfast in a flash.

These croissant sandwiches — made with applewood-smoked bacon, egg, and cheese — heat up in minutes in the microwave or air fryer.

My secret to delectable at-home coffee is the Nescafé Gold instant espresso.

I’m so happy Costco carries the Nescafé Gold instant espresso, since I haven’t had luck finding it at other stores.

Every time I use it to make coffee at home, it feels like a special treat.

The 4Earth Farms rainbow carrots are delicious and last me a while.

I always leave Costco with a bag of 4Earth Farms rainbow carrots.

This 2-pound bag of hand-peeled carrots makes for a colorful side dish. Plus, the bag is enough for multiple servings.

I typically either cook them in the oven with a little butter and chopped dill, eat them plain as a healthy snack, or blend them into smoothies.

I love snacking on the Stonefire naan dippers.

Whenever I want to try something new, I always check out which items are on sale at Costco.

On my most recent visit, the Stonefire naan dippers were $2 off, so I decided to check them out — and they were great.

I especially liked pairing them with Bolani cilantro chutney for extra zest.

The Bibigo vegetable spring rolls help me avoid ordering out.

Instead of heading to a restaurant, I like to reach for the Bibigo vegetable spring rolls, which taste like takeout, but come straight from my freezer.

A bonus: the box comes with a delicious soy ginger sauce to serve on the side.

Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese is an essential in my home.

I use cheese in a lot of my everyday meals, which is why I love to stock up on Tillamook sharp cheddar whenever I’m at Costco.

This cheese has a bold flavor and is my go-to for enchiladas, tacos, quesadillas, sandwiches, and omelets.

I also love to snack on it with some crackers.

Skippy creamy peanut butter is a versatile must-have in my kitchen.

I always make sure to pick up a two-pack of Skippy creamy peanut butter at Costco.

Not only does this peanut butter have a good shelf life, but it’s also so versatile.

I like to add it to my breakfast smoothies, use it as a dip for apples, or blend it with a chili-garlic sauce to serve with chicken breast strips.

My go-to protein source is the Kirkland Signature chicken breast chunks.

The Kirkland Signature chunked chicken breast is extra lean and stores well, making it the perfect protein to keep on hand.

This chicken, which has 13 grams of protein per serving, is my secret to delicious sandwiches and chicken salad.

It also tastes great sautéed with peas, mushrooms, and béchamel sauce, then served on toast.

I always use the entire pack of Highline organic mini bella mushrooms.

Even though the Highline organic mini bella mushrooms look like a large purchase for one person, I always end up eating them all, since I use them in so many everyday meals.

Typically, I sauté these mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, and parsley, then add them to some cooked pasta.

They’re also great when sliced and thrown into salads, or baked with cream cheese and garlic on top.

Costco's wine selection is a single shopper's dream.

Luckily, wine at Costco doesn’t need to be bought in cases, so I can just buy one bottle at a time.

I normally grab a bottle that’s on sale, and since Costco typically discounts different wines each time I visit, I’ve had the chance to try a variety of options.
