This ZIP code includes communities like Hunts Point, Yarrow Point, Clyde Hill, Ashwood, Moorland, Northup, and Beaux Arts Village. More than two-fifths of households here earn more than $200,000 a year. Incomes are high in ZIP code 98004, though not as high as in the first two most expensive ZIP codes. The median household income is $176,367, while the average household income is $260,065. This is another ZIP code where home values appreciated by more than half. Even just the one-year home value appreciation from March 2024 to March 2025 was 8.1%, from a median of almost $1.88 million to over $2.03 million.
