Deloitte US will cut benefits for some workers, according to internal documents seen by Business Insider. Parental leave, annual PTO, a pension plan, and IVF funding will be cut for a group of employees who fall under the “Center” talent model, which broadly refers to employees in internal support roles, such as admin, IT support, and finance.
