Condé Nast CEO Roger Lynch is stepping down, according to a memo sent on Wednesday and viewed by Business Insider.
Lynch told employees that he’s leaving to run toy giant Mattel after more than seven years at Condé Nast, the publishing brand behind Vogue, Vanity Fair, and The New Yorker.
Mike Perlis, who’s currently the lead independent director, will be interim CEO of Condé Nast.
